On whatever basis we work with our customers it is still necessary for them to be able to run a Management System, keep it under control and make improvements without our supervision. You therefore have to have an understanding of your Management System, what you are able to do and how to do it.
This requires training.
We can train your personnel so they:
- can apply the requirements of Management Systems standards, including ISO9001, ISO 14001 as necessary
- understand the importance of Management Systems in meeting customer requirements.
- operate the systems we develop with you until you have the knowledge and confidence to develop you own systems.
The training can be performed on the job or in a more formal environment.
